CMCRC HEALTH PHD PRESENTS AT HEALTH FORUM

Well done to Health PhD Amir Marashi who presented his work at the ’45 and Up Study Annual Forum 2017’.

Mr Marashi spoke on the association between physical activity and incidence of chronic health conditions in the Australian population aged 45 years and over which was well received.

Recently, Amir also appeared with two of his CMCRC peers, Dr Arif Khan and Farshid Hajati as part of the ‘HISA NSW 6th young talent time Health Informatics research at the cutting edge’ presentation which aims to showcase current Health PhD candidates research from a range of universities.

The ’45 and Up Study Annual Forum’ run by the Sax Institute is a chance for researchers, partners, and health leaders to come together to discuss innovative future uses for Australia’s largest cohort study.

We congratulate Amir for his research presentation.
